Job Description

You will have an exclusive focus on the UK & Ireland market with support from the UK & I Country Manager and senior delivery consultants. Tasks include:

  • End-to-end management of sales opportunities from prospect to close with Tier 1 UK & Ireland Customers
  • Pipeline generation, utilizing marketing collateral, events, and referrals
  • Co-ordinate and lead discovery meetings to establish project requirements and vision. You will assemble the best-qualified group from our global team of delivery consultants to support this process
  • Engage with clients at the CxO level to establish requirements and align them with the OneStream solution platform whilst engendering trust, understanding, and credibility
  • Manage demand generation in the UK
  • Utilise our external partners, contacts, and third parties to generate joint leads and opportunities
  • Business development to arrange introduction and discovery meetings with the UK leadership team
  • Manage and enhance the database of target accounts and contacts
  • Market mapping to identify relevant customer prospects by sector and profile

Requirements and Qualifications

We anticipate that you will have a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience but what is more important is a positive, can-do attitude and excellent self-management and organizational skills. Additionally:

  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Proactive focus on generating new opportunities and logos. More hunter than an account manager
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
  • A strong interest in business management topics such as corporate strategy, organizational change, business transformation, and process improvement
  • Proven track record in business development and in managing sales cycles
  • Knowledge of financial accounting or experience in selling within corporate finance (FP&A Managers, Finance Directors, CFOs) would be beneficial
  • Alternatively, experience in selling enterprise software such as ERP, Business Intelligence, or Analytics software would be beneficial
  • Self-starter, accountable and ambitious
  • A commitment to self-learning, personal development, and an ambition to develop knowledge in our specialist sector to a high level of credibility.
  • First-class written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with senior finance decision-makers at the CxO level
