Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to have strong research and analytical skills and be able to track, report and assess against goals (RoI and KPIs). You are expected to maintain proficiency with the latest digital and omnichannel trends and capabilities within B2B Marketing – and especially within the financial and consulting industry.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will also assist in maintaining our website and creating event pages. You will be planning and publishing digital marketing content online and designing and implementing email marketing campaigns and programs. Together with our Campaign Manager, you will be driving our social media campaigns and activities; for now, this is primarily on LinkedIn.

You are creative, adaptable, and analytical and committed to delivering innovative and performing solutions in close cooperation with the Marketing Team. Your responsibilities are:

Develop and Execute Strategies:

• Assist in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies aligned with sales goals and brand objectives.

• Optimize marketing funnels and publish impactful content.

Create Marketing Collaterals:

Design materials like brochures, presentations, and social media assets to support campaigns.

Assist in Marketing Events:

Collaborate to plan and execute digital campaigns, manage social media calendars, and support webinars and events.

Website Maintenance:

Optimize the website, create event landing pages, and ensure SEO best practices.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics and provide data-driven recommendations.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Work with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and collaborate globally to align marketing efforts.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay informed on digital marketing trends and conduct competitive analyses to identify opportunities.

Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in shaping and executing digital and marketing strategies to support B2B sales, enhance employer branding, and strengthen the AMCO brand and its digital presence. In this role, you will also create, design, and develop marketing collateral to support various marketing initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Marketing and Sales team to plan and execute campaigns, support events (including webinars, online, and in-person events), and leverage data and research. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders globally to help meet the Marketing and Sales Team’s objectives and goals.

Success in this role requires a strong understanding of marketing, keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will work alongside other team members to execute marketing campaigns and engage stakeholders at different levels.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing or a similar field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role (experience in high-value B2B marketing is preferred)
  • Proven work experience on data-driven digital marketing projects and campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM software, and Campaign Management
  • Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM)
  • Graphic design experience (Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (Experience with digital marketing automation software; HubSpot is preferred)
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Having creative and good presentation skills
  • Experience in web development, maintenance, and publishing (WordPress is preferred)
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong time management skills
  • Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and engage with people across all levels of the organization
  • Can work both independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Experience from working in a B2B oriented company is an advantage
  • Willing to work in a hybrid set up; Central European hours (2 pm to 11 pm / 3 pm to 12 midnight)
