Overview

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and as the project lead and analyze the client’s business and technical requirements.
  • Independently, plan and execute a successful CPM project, such as end-to-end implementations or enhancement projects.
  • Lead the end-to-end process of ensuring business requirements, system design, and making, and acting on recommendations.
  • Be responsible for quality assurance on OneStream implementations and will identify and resolve issues stemming from configurations or identified in testing.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build and keep a solid working relationship for both the CPM team and AMCO .
  • Genuinely care about customers by understanding what their needs are and what problems they need to solve.
  • You will create teams with the right skills and mindset to perform well on a project, clearly assign tasks and decision-making powers to the right employees, and coach them to deliver the right results.
  • Finally, you will also play a key part in the development of AMCO Solutions as a company via internal projects and consulting best practices.

We are looking to expand our team further and hire a Principal Consultant. In this role, you will lead and provide support to AMCO’s global customers and will contribute to a wide range of exciting and complex CPM projects on the OneStream platform.

You will be engaged in both the project and ongoing support areas of the business – from being a key resource during the implementation phase through to post-implementation support.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of Economics, Finance, or Information Systems and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of CPM (implementation) experience, for instance, but not limited to configuration experience, including securing requirements, system design, training, CPM project management, and change management.
  • Expert level financial knowledge and experience with enhancement and control of financial procedures.
  • OneStream Application Build for Consultant training (“ABC - training”) completed and 1 or more specialty OneStream training courses are completed.
  • Strong growth mindset and a desire to become an expert in CPM consulting with AMCO.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
  • Superb organizational skills. You’re process driven, great at solving problems and make decisions with confidence.
  • Solid writing skills, and you’ll be a stickler for detail. You have great communication skills and are confident in presenting and selling ideas.
