In this session FLSmidth will present how they implemented ESG Reporting in OneStream. FLSmidth went live on ESG reporting in OneStream, including Scope 3 on March 2024. On 1st May 2024 FLSmidth went live with EU Taxonomy reporting in OneStream. FLSmidth is a technology and service supplier to the global mining and cement industries. The audience will receive insights in how ESG Reporting is done by FLSmidth, taking into account 9 departments reporting in OneStream. Together with the joined implementation team of Deloitte and AMCO, FLSmidth presents how the ESG solution works and key methodologies with FLSmidth including location-based calculations, market based calculation, Automated KPI’s and allocation model. The audience will be inspired how to start this whole ESG reporting journey and how a best-practice project using OneStream can be undertaken, including how existing methodologies from the financial process can be used to enrich the ESG reporting process. In addition the use of the audit capabilities will be highlighted with practical examples, like allocations to segments, as CSRD reporting is going to be audited by an external auditor.
